FUNCTIONS

 Ensure that officers on transfer from the Ministry of Health and School Health officers who had indicated willingness to complete their Inter- Ministerial through the Civil service commission to Primary Health Care Development Board

*  Apply for take off grant for the state and LGHAs to implement PHCUOR

* Ensure constant training of staff at Lagos Business Management School and other staff at ASCON
