Compliance with due process in project planning, implementation and management with preference for major road contracts and direct labour approach in project execution with the sole aim of optimizing construction costs with effective use of Manpower.
Policy Thrust:
To ensure that all Local Government Areas in the State are accessible through good road network, thus reducing traffic congestion to the barest minimum.
