2. Preparation of bidding documents
3. Invites bids and evaluate bids
4. Initiate, procure and manage Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects through Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT)
5. Preparation of Contract Agreement
6. Ensuring all related procurement activities
