OGUN HoS REWARDS TWO WORKERS FOR DILIGENCE

Ogun State Head of Service (HoS), Mr. Kolawole Fagbohun, has appreciated two top Civil Servants, the Director, Finance and Supplies, Mrs. Kikelomo Ajayi and Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Akinbobola Aduloju, both from the Bureau of Local Government Pensions, with commendation letters for displaying passion, dedication, commitment and loyalty in the discharge of their statutory duties.

Presenting letters of commendation signed by him to the duo in his office at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Mr. Fagbohun, in the presence of a retired Head of Service in the Oyo State Civil Service, Alhaji Tajudeen Aremu and some Permanent Secretaries, said the duo had been under his observation and excelled in the tasks and undertakings.

He charged them not to relent in pursuing excellence, urging other officers to emulate them, in order to be compensated.

"Continue to be yourself. Do not fret when an allegation has been levelled against you, knowing full well that you are not guilty. Keep doing what you know how to do and do not relent in doing good", he said.

Remarking, Alhaji Aremu, who thanked the HoS for the decision to present the documented evidence of good performance to the workers, added that it was a good step in the right direction, appreciating the state’s Civil Servants for diligence, at a time when moral standard had degenerated but they kept their heads high.

Responding, Mrs. Ajayi, who expressed surprise at the gesture, pledged more commitment and dedication to duty.
