FUNCTIONS

To ensure a minimum of twenty (20) accountants are posted from the office of Accountant General for the state to OGPHECADEB (under PHCHOR)

*  To increase the number of health Facilities with account opening from 236 to 522

*  Opening of two (2) accounts (operational and program account) for each of the 20 LGHAs

*  Payone to scale up from 67 to 120 Health Facilities

*  Introduction of E- payment platforms (POS) to ease fund collection at the Facility level
