- To design Art and Craft works from the state.

- To create Arts and Crafts shop for the state to exhibit potentials of Artists in the state.
- To create enabling market for Art and Craft works for export.
- To enhance the aesthetic value of our immediate environment and general beautification of the state and beyond.
- Organizing and collaborating with other relevant agencies' exhibitions of all kind.
- Propagation, Promotion and Preservation of our indigenous Art and craft works for local and international consumption.
