The Division Comprises of unit i.e., PAYE and Withholding Taxes. Collectible from Structured companies and Federal Government Ministries Departments and Agencies. The Directorate is responsible for the following:

1. PAYE and WHT collectable from all Federal Government MDA resident in Ogun State.
2. Carrying out Desk check on the records of the MDA to ensure compliance on PAYE and WHT.
3. Liaising with the office of the Accountant General of the Federation to ensure adequate payment of taxes due from the MDA.
4. Identify and registration of PAYE tax agents and other tax payers under the PAYE scheme.
5. Issuing PAYE guidelines operation for proper tax administration.
6. Administration of Annual PAYE Returns and other statutory remittances under PAYE scheme.
7. All other assignment for proper PAYE administration Achievements;
